Madras Maalai

Madras Maalai was yet another unique event that was belted out by Full House. This was a Music and Food festival which happened over two evenings in June. This event had some of the best names in the Music Industry performing to the audience. The Musicians included Singers Karthik, Shaktisree Gopalan, Super Singers fame Nikhil Mathew, Madhu Iyer, Sai Sharan, Ragini Sri, Arun Naik apart from Keyboardist Stephen Devassy, violinist Balabhaskar and Staccato.

The second edition of Madras Maalai happened on the 10th and 11th of August and featured an exciting line up of stalls from vendors from Chennai and outside. There was an exclusive Sufi concert by a band formed by young Musicians like AbhayJodhpurkar, Shashwath Singh, Nikita Gandhi and others, all of who are current students/Alumni/staff of the KM Music Conservatory( Rahman’s music school). Live Banned, an indo-international mass band from Bangalore too were among the performers.

This again was an open stage concert with food stalls on one side and an Al Fresco style seating. People could come, indulge in their favorite food whilst enjoying their favorite music.
